Meet our ToolTime Team: Patrik Bianchi, Business Team

This time, we are getting to know Patrik Bianchi, who has been with our Business Development team since October last year.

1. What is your position at ToolTime?

I work as a Business Development Manager at ToolTime focusing on cross-departmental projects to further scale the business.

2. What does your typical day as a Business Development Manager look like?

I typically start my day with a nice cup of coffee and our daily standup, where we align as a team on the different topics that we are currently working on. Subsequently, I work on my projects, which usually entails engaging with colleagues from different teams and conceptualizing processes for our go-to-market teams. During office days, I would often round off the day with a couple of table tennis games with my teammates Ajay, My, Sven and Victor.

3. What is the best part of working at ToolTime?

If I have to pin it down, I would say the people and the company culture. Already during my interview process, I was impressed by how motivated and happy everyone was. Right from the start I felt that the ToolTime values, namely “best together”, “stay curious” and “spark positivity” aren’t just empty words, but truly something which is lived and celebrated every day. This is also reflected in the strong focus on personal development, which I very much appreciate.

4. What are you most proud of doing at ToolTime?

I would have to say, I am most proud of implementing a project that my teammates and I worked on during our 3-day Hackathon. It was super cool to develop and implement something in such a short time, which now delivers value to both our sales team and our customers. Also, during my first week at ToolTime I beat Ali, our sales VP, during an intense mini golf game at our office. I am pretty sure that there will be a rematch soon.

5. What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy going out with my friends and exploring different places in Berlin. I particularly like eating out and finding the best restaurants in the city. I love pizza, so if you have any recommendations, let me know! Apart from that, I love football, especially when I get to watch the games live in the stadium.

Thank you Patrik for these cool insights! We’re looking forward to having an exciting game of mini golf with you - may the best golfer win!
